I haven't thought what one can achieve with just special techniques, as you have teached us here - far away from old-school, old-fashiond watercolour landscape painting style. In doing the exercises on the course, I realized I was not using saturated enough color or enought darks. When I would paint a landscape, to me, it would look blah! So I took some of my landscapes I had painted in the past and added more darks and saturated color as well as some lines and other techniques from the course and WOW what a difference! They really pop! The other thing which has made a huge difference is that I can use more than 3 layers. It doesn't matter how many layers..what matters is what looks good to me and actually taking a painting completion. Thank you so much Stefan for the wonderful course!
